Dr. Alexis Nadeau (she/her) grew up in a snowy town in Ontario and then lived in Montreal prior to completing her medical degree among the Green Mountains in Vermont. She headed to the West coast and completed her Family Medicine Residency in Victoria on the beautiful traditional and unceded territories of the Songhees, Esquimalt, and W̱SÁNEĆ First Nations.

She loves that Family Medicine gives her the privilege of walking alongside people of all ages, identities, and experiences. She practices full spectrum Family Medicine with special interests in pregnancy and postpartum care, pediatrics, 2SLGBTQIA+ health, and gender-affirming care. She is passionate about providing care that allows families of all structures to feel supported through their unique pregnancy and birth experience.

When not catching babies, she can be found hiking or backcountry skiing with her partner, tending to her unreasonably large plant collection, or finding adventures of all kinds with her dog.
