Dr. Ashley Ram shares her maternity practice with Dr. Christina Drostin (see Bio below). Dr. Ram completed the University of British Columbia Medical Program in 2020 and the Queen’s Family Medicine Program in 2022. Prior to medical school, she completed a Bachelor of Science Degree with a Biology major and Public Administration minor from the University of Victoria. After family medicine graduation, she worked as a locum (substitute doctor) for many different family practices with maternity care in Victoria, until she had the opportunity to take over a full family practice and then start Yates Street General Practice. She enjoys the variety in family medicine and providing care from newborns to the elderly. She looks forward to providing your pregnancy care and your first 2 months of postpartum and newborn care. She and Dr. Drostin will do their best to help you and your newborn find a primary care provider to attach to after their care.
